"Tommy Yeagel Throws a No-Hitter Shut Out As St. Hilary Defeats St. Joe Rob 15-0"
St. Hilary's pitcher didn't allow a single hit, as St. Hilary defeated St. Joe Rob 15-0 on Wednesday.
St. Hilary got on the board in the first inning. Liam Potichen grounded out, driving in one run.
St. Hilary put up seven runs in the fourth inning. Eddie Collins, Danny Boyle, Gavin Muller, and Liam Potichen each had RBIs in the frame.
Tommy Yaegel took the win for St. Hilary . He allowed zero hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out nine.
Billy took the loss for St. Joe Rob. He went five innings, allowing 17 runs on 14 hits and striking out three.
St. Hilary racked up 14 hits. Declan Hartey, Muller, and Potichen each had multiple hits for St. Hilary . Hartey led St. Hilary with three hits in three at bats. St. Hilary stole 12 bases during the game as three players stole more than one. Muller led the way with three Stolen Bases.
St. Hilary was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Thomas Eddis made the most plays with 11 and called a great game from behind the plate.
Great Victory for SHS Baseball.
