2019 CYO Region 11 - Championship Game

St. Hilary 🏆 St. Luke

• St. Hilary Fell Behind To St. Luke 
• St. Hilary fell behind early and couldn't come back in an 10-0 loss to St. Luke on Sunday in the CYO Region 11 Championship Game. St. Luke scored on a double by Tate E, a home run by Max M, and a single by Nicky I in the first and second Inning.
• St. Hilary struggled to contain the high-powered offense of St. Luke, giving up 10 runs.
• St. Luke 1 got things started in the first inning when E doubled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.
• Tommy Yaegel took the loss for St. Hilary . He surrendered eight runs on nine hits over three and a third innings, striking out four. George Conway came in out of the Bullpen in the 3rd Inning. By that time it was hard to gain back momentum. 
• Liam Potichen led the Team with Hits. St. Hilary was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error in the Field.

St. Hilary had a great season. As a Team they all should be proud of their performances as a Team, fighting their way to the 2019 CYO Region 11 Championship Game. Use this as motivation to come back next Season with the goal of getting back to the Championship again and going home with the Big Trophy.
