What about the Kids, Students, and Athletes that have Family or Parents as the ones who represent them??? What if they are the ones that decide they don't wanna pay someone 10% - 30% to represent them and have family do it? Who the fuck is the NCAA to determine the rules for an Agent to represent a professional athlete in the NBA??? Fuck outta here!! NBA Should change the Rule about players having to do a year at college. Just to shove it up their ASS!!
