Phillies Off-Season for 2020

The Phillies have quite a few moves to make this Off-Season... 

The Starting Rotation:
Aaron Nola, Jake Arrieta, and Possibly Zach Eflin. Vince Velasquez has to be moved to the Bullpen if the Phillies decide to keep him. The other 3 spots in the Rotation should be completed with at least 3 of the Following Pitchers - Gerrit Cole, Stephen Strasburg, Zack Wheeler, Hjun Ryu, Cole Hamels, Madison Bumgarner, Jake Odorizzi, and there are several others out there...

Position Players:
I think our time of experimenting with Mikel Franco has run it's course. Time to move on and bring in a 3B. Who is solid in the Field and a Great Bat for the Lineup. Looking at either Anthony Rendon, Josh Donaldson, or Mike Moustakas. Another option would be playing Scott Kingery at 3rd. Having the Depth which the Phillies really need to focus on as well, having Kingery at 2nd with Cesar Hernandez as a 2nd Base option as well and a solid defender and bat to come off the bench, though Cesar would be kind of expensive. CF is another position that has to get some attention this year with a guy who can play defense and hit in the middle of the order in the 5th through 7th spot. 

Main Focus:
Starting Pitching, Bullpen, 3B, 2B, CF, Bench Depth. And please do not try to sell us on Sean Rodriguez, Andrew Knapp, Phil Gosselin, and the Players we had on our Bench last year. They have GOT TO GO!! ASAP Before it's Too Late!! PLEASE!! 

Catcher:
JT Realmuto needs someone he can depend on to cover him when he needs the day off. A Back-Up Catcher who is proven. Above Average Defensive Catcher, and a Solid Enough Bat. Andrew Knapp has absolutely Got To Go!! He can't Pinch Hit, Can't hit when he is actually in the game, and he is not a good enough defender to even justify dealing with how bad he is at the plate... Look at Russell Martin, Travis D'Arnoud, someone of that calibur coming in to be the Back-Up. 

Bullpen:
100% needs an Overhaul. Completely rebuild this part of the Team please!! Only a few of the Pitchers should be back on the Team next season... The rest need to move on and take up space somewhere else!!
